Cancellation policy

1. Overview

At Oh My Dog, we offer flexible subscription plans designed to keep your furry friend happy and well-supplied. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Available Subscription Plans

We currently offer three subscription frequencies:

  • Monthly Plan — Delivery every month
  • Bi-Monthly Plan — Delivery every 2 months
  • Quarterly Plan — Delivery every 3 months

3. Minimum Billing Commitment

All Oh My Dog subscriptions require a minimum of 3 (three) completed and invoiced billing cycles before a cancellation request can be submitted.

Cancellations will not be accepted until 3 invoices have been issued on your account.

Examples by plan:

  • Monthly Plan: earliest cancellation after the 3rd monthly invoice
  • Bi-Monthly Plan: earliest cancellation after the 3rd bi-monthly invoice (after 6 months)
  • Quarterly Plan: earliest cancellation after the 3rd quarterly invoice (after 9 months)

4. How to Cancel

Once your 3-invoice minimum has been met, you may request cancellation by:

  • Emailing our support team at support.ohmydog@gmail.com
  • Logging into your account and managing your subscription directly
  • Contacting us via our website's live chat or contact form

5. Cancellation Timing

  • Requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
  • Requests received after the billing date will take effect from the following cycle.
  • Orders already prepared or shipped at the time of the request are non-refundable.

6. International Customers

Oh My Dog ships worldwide. All international subscribers are subject to the same minimum commitment and cancellation terms. Shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

7. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable except in cases where Oh My Dog is at fault (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

8. Policy Updates

Oh My Dog reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of the subscription service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
